Led by Head Roaster Serkan Sagsoz, a Turkish Barista Champion, Julith sources rare beans from high-altitude farms and volcanic microclimates around the world. Every detail matters: roast curves are calibrated with obsessive precision, water chemistry is dialed in, and serving temperature is controlled to the degree.

Our premium single origins from Panama and Colombia range from AED 75 to AED 2,800 for the rarest lots — the kind of coffee you taste once and never forget. We also offer tasting sessions and workshops for those who want to go deeper into the craft.

Julith's home is in Al Quoz — Dubai's arts and creative district — and the space reflects that spirit. Minimal interiors with natural textures and warm lighting create a sanctuary designed for focus and connection, not noise.
